Modulo 11 (ISBN-10)
The Modulo 11 algorithm is used for ISBN-10 check digit calculation, applying descending weights from 10 down to 2 for the nine data digits. The check digit is chosen so the weighted sum of all ten digits is divisible by 11. When the check digit would be 10, the character X is used instead.
