EAN-8 Print Specification

EAN-8 is the compact variant of EAN-13 designed for small packaging where the full-size symbol cannot fit. While it shares the same X dimension range, the minimum bar height is reduced to 18.23mm and quiet zones are symmetric at 7X on both sides.
